Fashion illustraion idea development sketches
Look 1 is an oversize short sleeve wrap dress with a mandarin collar. There is a chest pocket shaped like an envelope placed in the middle. I added the shoulder strap and an additional pocket at the right side of the dress.
Look 2 the top part is a short sleeve jacket design with two shoulder straps and four identical chest pockets and the waist has one more pocket. The jacket is also asymmetrical, leaving some area on the waist to show the skin. The bottom part is a half skirt half hot pants and two pocket each side but the skirt part have an oversize pocket also I had included a leather belt on top of the hot part and skirt
Look 3 the top part is a vest designed with two identical chest pockets and two shoulder straps. The bottom part is a harem trousers with two identical big pockets in the middle. The trouser also has an elastic waistband, with two adjustable mushroom design straps.
left to right Look 4, 5, 6
look 4 is a long sleeve asymmetric shirt design using zipper at the back as a fastening. The bottom part is a short tailored trouser.
Look 5 is a one piece dress with mandarin collar and shoulder straps. i added additional fabric to make the design more asymmetric
Look 6 is a crop top with a vest and sports pants, the pockets are oversized
left to right Look 7, 8, 9
Look 7 is a one piece dress with a cropped boxy coat with shoulder straps, there are 4 identical pockets on the dress.
Look 8 is a blazer styled asymmetric dress, the left side is sleeveless while the right side has a long sleeve. There is also an asymmetric hem with two oversized pockets.
Look 9 is a sleeveless shirt with a pleated dress with two oversized pockets. I also added a half length cape with shoulder straps and pockets.
left to right Look 10, 11, 12
Look 10 is an asymmetric top with a puff sleeve and shoulder straps, the envelope shaped pockets are placed diagonally. I also added the knee length bermuda pants with a long hem. I also added some backpack style straps over the pants for additional accessories.
Look 11 is an asymmetric boxy coat with a chest pocket and two shoulder straps. i also added the knee length bermuda pants, with a silk fabric for the belt and two pockets on the left side.
Look 12 is a high waist shirt with a cape sleeve, the left side features a detachable pocket that hooks onto the strap. I also added an A-line skirt with an envelope shaped pocket at the bottom.
left to right Look 13, 14, 15
Look 13 is an asymmetric off shoulder top with a single shoulder strap, while the bottom part features short pants with oversized pockets.
In look 14 the top part of the dress has an oversize lapel colar, with a long sleeve and the end two identical buckles on both sides. The bottom part has a really short skirt with two identical tiny pockets.
Look 15 is an oversized short sleeve one piece dress with shoulder straps, mandarin collar, an asymmetric button stand and an oversized pocket. I also added a backpack styled belt for the design.

Look 16 is a jumpsuit with chest pockets, shoulder straps and long hem. the pants area also feature a strap design
Look 17 is a trench coat styled top with an oversized mandarin collar. I added a zipper in the middle of the sleeve so the user can adjust it depending on the weather. The design also features a rounded hem line. the bottom part is half pants half knee length skirt, the skirt part has 3 over sized pockets on it.
Look 18 is a short sleeve hoodie, the sleeve uses net fabric in the middle. the pockets on the body are detachable. the bottom part is a hot pants with a pocket on the left
left to right Look 19, 20, 21
Look 19 is an asymmetrical polo shirt with zipper as an opening, the right side is sleeveless while the right side is short sleeve. I added extra fabric pieces on top. the bottom part is a pair of tailored pants with an oversized pocket on the right side.
Look 20 is a fitted shirt with mandarin collar and shoulder straps. the bottom is a tulip skirt with two pockets
Look 21 is a half waist long sleeve top with a one piece collar and a left side pocket. the bottom is a palazzo dress
I feel the quality of your images is quite poor, have you scanned these in? Perhaps a photograph of your page might work better where you then enhance the brightness / contrast so we can clearly see your designs.
ReplyDeleteI would like to better visualise these, perhaps with some colour, but also with discussion on fabrics. I feel there is a lot of drawings here, re-working similar style pieces, which shows these could work well as a collection, but I want to see you are also considering the overall garment and how it would feel, sit on the model.
Colour into your illustrations and further work into your fabric research are my points for improvement.
