Creating Studies


The first fashion sketches idea is about gravity, so that I had design a cropped jacket with a oversized Dalmatian angel style sleeves with constellation pattern, the oversize sleeves are loose fitted so that it create movement when the model are walking, to make the sleeves looks floating. And the top part of the outfit I had designing space helmet with two signal pole, and added constellation pattern around the helmet. Then   the jumpsuit have a look of connecting by a lot of cylinder style shape, and the bottom part of the leg edges have a bell bottoms look style to create movement when the model walking to create a floating look, lastly I had include a plain space boots.



In the second fashion sketches, I had design a UFO shape hat connect with a transparent yellow plastic face shield at the bottom to represent the light from the UFO, then I had design a cropped with two layer cape, and the skirt design is having three string hanging with multiple silver plate to create futuristic space robot like and the back of the skirt is a cape design, lastly the shoes is designed in a rocket shape, overall, when the model walk the cropped cape and the skirt well look like it is floating around.



In the third fashion sketches, I had design a helmet with a large visor and a UFO style antenna then I had design a silver shoulder pad that connett with the silver chest plate, and the bottom part is a tight fitted underwear looks triangle shorts connecting with atomic circle to create a futuristic looking ballet skirt style, lastly the shoes having a similar style with the Kurdish shoes.




In the fourth fashion sketches, I had design a transparent cone shape helmet and surrounding by three ring that are inspired by the ring of Saturn, also I had include two in tenner on the helmet to create a UFO style, than I had design a silver chest plate, connecting with triangle shoulder plate and the bubble sleeves is create by the style of eight planet, then the dress had create by three ring from small to big to create a UFO shape, lastly I had designed a boot that are surrounding by a ring inspired by Saturn.

Peter Pilotto: Fashion Sea Collection Research

I am looking at the Peter Pilotto 2012 spring collection for my fashion project. Peter Pilotto is a brand established in 2007 by Peter Piotto and Christopher  De Vos.  Their Spring 2012 undersea collection was inspired by their trip to Indonesia. Look 1: The outfit shows the theme of the underwater world by using sharp and slim waistline cutting. The fish scale-like pattern makes the model looks like a mermaid. The pencil skirt fits tightly to the body and looks like the tale of a mermaid. The cutting of the outfit looks like a fish and uses colours related to the underwater theme. The outfit looks eye-catching because the colour combination of the blue, purple and white colour gives the fish scales a textured look, which looks like they shimmer in the sun. The whole outfit looks sporty, the sleeveless top and the zipper in the middle of the top make it looks like a swimsuit. Fannie Schiavoni Artist Research

Fannie Schiavoni born in Sweden, when Schiavoni turned 18 she moved to London and studied tailoring in London college of fashion, her tailoring and traditional hand crafting technique background helped her to develop unique methods to design chainmail accessories. State by The Cool Hour (n.d.) Her design had been appreciated by famous artists including Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus and Katey Perry, she had also collaborated with designers such as Alexander Vauthier and Matthew Miller et cetera. Schiavoni had started up a fashion brand called Fannie Schiavoni in London in 2009, Fannie Schiavoni is a brand known for creating party dresses by using the brand signature material such as metal mesh and chainmail.
